公务员组织承诺与离职倾向关系研究

The Relationship between Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention of Civil Servants

摘要:
以天津、广州、武汉的502名公务员为研究对象,通过发放组织承诺量表、离职倾向量表进行问卷调查,旨在探讨公务员的组织承诺与离职倾向关系。维持一支具有优良品德、高素质、高水平的公务员队伍,应加强组织文化建设,提高公务员规范承诺;构建人力资源职业生涯发展规划,提高公务员感情承诺;完善绩效考核体系,提高公务员继续承诺。
